O’Neill Open Back Skater Surf Style Dress

This dress is so cute and has been well-loved! It is so comfy with a stretchy cotton fabric & elastic waistband. There is very minor piling from wear that can be removed with an electric lint remover and there is a small hole on the back (pictured).
