Black Maxi Bloomers with Ruffled Hem and Romantic Bow Accents

Vintage inspired black bloomers with layered ruffle and bow accents at the hem. Soft drape and gathered waist provide comfortable movement. It was purchased as a medium-large, but it also works for a smaller frame as well given the elastic waist. Pairs easily with fitted tops for a polished, feminine, genuinely unique look! These have never been worn! Note: they are black - the outside made them look gray, but they are raven black.
