@deezmarilyn Itypically wear XL but I put one sleeve on. It wasn't tight but also not loose. Just formed to my arm. The material is soft and a lighter knit. Not sure if these measurements will help but shoulder to pit is 9.5 inches. Upper are area is 5-6 inches laying flat. I hope this helps.
