***SIGNATURE REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY*** Condition: Very well-kept antique with the soft signs of age you expect—tiny, scattered edge nibbles on a few leaves/petals under close inspection, natural pits/striations inherent to coral, and old, stable solder at hand-wired joins. Hardware is sound; C-clasp holds; safety chain and guard present (chain tested gold-filled). Presents beautifully with warm angel-skin color. Hand-carved angel skin/salmon coral bouquet: layered rosette center, buds, serrated leaves, and a charming dangling flower for movement We Acid tested for 10K and 14K gold. The scratch marks held persistently at 10K and 14K for the brooch wirework mounting. We did the testing multiple times and had the same results. We are not making any authoritative claim since there are no markings, but our testing indicates a gold quality of somewhere around, if not, 14K. The safety chain and safety clasp appear to be gold filled.
