rivergirlgypsy @averyfugate Thanks so much! All measurements are good except the waist is snug, I can wear comfortably 13 1/2”, do these have any stretch at all to them or are they 100% cotton?

averyfugate @rivergirlgypsy They are 100% Cotton, but I just remeasured them to make sure I was correct and they are actually around 13.75”. All the other measurements are the same though.
