This could hold a small computer, tablet and many bag options. It’s the equivalent of a medium tote or slightly larger as far as capacity. It would honestly depend on the size and quantity of items you would put in. It’s meant to carry enough without the heavy weight of a large to xl backpack and it be comfortable
