The cups are not padded and the inside of the cups are in cotton as is also the crotch panel the back of the bra is not adjustable but is elastic; no cup size indicated, but I believe it can accommodate A or B cup size The inside design that is not lace has stretch and the material is almost shimmering (impossible to capture in pictures) and has beautiful rose trimmed details Had paid a fortune for this and worn only once: was thoroughly washed and is in like new condition See measurements in pictures to make sure it fits.
