RARE Free People Ninties Drew Velvet Flocked Flower Mesh Dress XS

Very rare Free People dress from my fashion vault! Great condition-has been only worn once. Hand washed air dried. All over soft mesh fabrication. Hangs nicely. Blue velvet flocked flowers throughout that look navy but in light look Royal blue. Upper is meant to be fitted and is stretchy. Lined bottom portion. Upper is semi sheet. A nude bra or nude cami is suggested for no show through. Scoop neckline. 3/4 sleeves. Pit to pit flat across unstretched 15” Waist flat across 13:5” Length 32.5” NOTE: Free People tag inside has split down middle. Doesn’t affect dress or wear in anyway just wanted to disclose.
