These are Billy footwear, new without tag or box. They have a wraparound zipper great for kids who don’t know how to tie their shoes yet or for kids with special needs who have fine motor skill challenges. I bought them because I thought they would be a cool pair of casual sneakers for my son, but he doesn’t need them. The sneakers came scuffed and with some of the blemishes you see in the pictures. They’ve never been worn, and they still have the string connecting the shoes where the tag was hanging even though the tag has been ripped off. make me an offer. Bundle with other items for good deal.
