Round toe with traditional jute cap toe, same jute for the midsole with durable rubber outsole. Leather is nice and soft and the shoe itself is in good condition. I will add that since it is jute as a base as well, definitely check the weather before heading out. Jute will absorb water, and you will be sad. Thought I'd warn you in advance. But great for casual outings and enjoy the day at a casual event. Since these shoes are unique in a way that requires a little more thought to the environment, I lowered the price hoping someone can give them a chance :)
