NWT Beautiful dress, never worn, full length, in an off-white color called Gardenia.
I bought this a decade ago as a wedding dress option, but never wore it. Recently found it and it’s still in brand new condition, just needs a steaming to get some wrinkles out. Can wear with straps or strapless.

@thrifter9541 Hi! I measured 19” and will add the pic of the measurement. It flows out the lower it goes, so it really depends on where I measure it. Hope that helps!
