I.N.C. International Concepts blouse. Peasant-style blouse in black and white abstract print. 100% rayon fabric. Gathered neckline opening to V in front. Elasticized sleeves. Cream-colored crochet trim with gold grommets down front, around sleeve seam, and as sleeve decor.
There are a couple of small pulls in the fabric (see last pic) - they are not really noticeable because of the print of the fabric.
Gently pre-loved condition.
