Does it snap close and is the strap just discolored

@sharonniece Hello! 😊 Yes, it does close and open just fine. The strap isnt discolored. The only wear is the surface has the small peeling areas throughout. I tried to photograph as much as I could on the areas that are as such. Let me know you if you have anymore questions!
