i believe the dress is new i paid 200 for it on another site so i can’t say for certain. it doesn’t have tags. she said it’s never been worn. it looks new to me. it’s in good condition no flaws. it’s a small but i feel like it’s on the bigger end of a small. i’ll take measurements tomorrow and make sure you get them if you have any more questions please ask
