NWOT. This is an original hand-painted picture that has been painted on handmade paper. Bought from the original artist Robert Montoz in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Has never been hung. Has just been in the package that the artist put it in. It is slightly rolled, which is why I weighted it down with a set of dumbbells. I will be mailing it in the box shown in the pictures so that it stays slightly rolled. Although it looks more like a fold rather than rolled, there are no fold creases in the artwork. Measures: 23" long by 15 1/2" across.
