Sterling Silver Ribcage Pendant Necklace with Red Anatomical Heart

This necklace is a striking recreation of the human rib cage, hand-crafted in solid sterling silver. Suspended beneath the ribs is a hand-sculpted anatomical heart made from polymer clay, adding an organic, visceral contrast to the polished metal. Completing the piece is a diamond-shaped, faceted dark red garnet, chosen for its depth of colour and quiet intensity. The pendant hangs from a sleek sterling silver snake chain, finished with a sliding adjustable silver bead that allows the length to be worn higher or lower depending on your styling.
