aazadi @dianalindsay1 Those are antique silver plated. If those were sterling silver they would have been priced considerably higher.

aazadi @dianalindsay1 As far as turning, silver oxidizes when exposed to air for a long period of time. That's why I package them in their bags and always add a complementary polishing cloth. That's just the nature of silver.
