Willow + Root Smocked Green Floral Top

This top is so flattering. I love the deep teal color and the precious little white flowers. The rouching on the bust and the puff sleeves make this such a feminine piece. Perfect with some high-waisted jeans and sandals for spring/summer. Slightly more deep green than the photo. Excellent condition. The tag is a little faded, but otherwise no flaws. The brand is sold at Buckle.
