Substantial 1.5” wide adjustable and removable crossbody or shoulder strap- black and white striped with maroon merlot back. 2 large removable tassels match strap. Top handles. Both the strap and the tassels were purchased separately from Kate Spade as accessories. Striped strap can be removed and replaced with plain strap for a more classic look. beachkat16Yes, it is attached with a clasp and is removable. I bought it separately. The colored strap was also a separate accessory and can also be removed- the bag comes with a thinner plain black strap also. Let me know if you have any other questions.

fancyfreeinlaI’m sorry, I was referring to the first few images. The tassel tie that is attached from left to right on the front of the purse. The right side appears to be detached and drooping.

beachkat16I see what you are looking at. No, the leather cord with the black tassel is not detached. The cord lies against the bag front and is not stitched to. It looks detached because it is not pulled as tight on that side as on the other side. I will attach a new picture for you to see how it lies.
