This is a gorgeous piece from Stella Nova with a ton of sass and movement. Same plisse accordion pleated sheer chiffon fabric as their Corinna skirt - this one in black and navy blue. Doesn’t read as sheer unless the pleats are stretched out as shown - but can always be layered with black tights or a slip for your comfort. Super feminine and flowy! Mini length at about 19” length.
