NWT Vintage Stetson ‘Open Road’ Hat - made in USA

NEW WITH TAGS; manufactured around 2012 Handcrafted in the U.S.A., this Open Road 4x hat in color ‘silver belly’ easily transitions from city to country, and looks equally sharp on a woman or a man. Introduced in 1937, the Open Road silhouette was updated in 1948 with a traditional, hand-pressed cattleman crease, and has been worn by modern pioneers and trailblazers ever since, from artists and outlaws to Presidents (including, most notably, LBJ, who was rarely photographed on his Texas ranch without his Open Road). The Open Road has a leather sweatband and a 4 ¼” crown outfitted with a grosgrain hat band and “STETSON” hat pin, a nod to founder, John B. Stetson. Original box included.
