No material tag so I am guessing that this is polyester, cotton mixed base with diamond bandanna, and lace design. It looks to be next to new condition. It is fully lined in a cotton blend as well. Total length of skirt measures approximately 24 1/2 inches. The elastic waist is still in excellent shape and measures between 12 and 17 inches. Would be perfect for any western dance or occasion and could easily take a full tulle slip.
