Upcycled Vintage 1954 Bulova Reliquary Bracelet-Almandine Garnets-Faceted Ruby

One of a kind. Truly. This bracelet began as a vintage 1954 Bulova ladies' dress watch — a 17-jewel, hand-winding timepiece with a date code of L4, case serial #874271 — and has been transformed into something entirely its own. The movement has been removed and the case reimagined as a miniature reliquary, now housing a bed of rough Almandine Garnets hand-mined by me from Alder, Montana. Beneath the original watch crystal, the deep wine-red garnets tumble loose with every movement of the wrist — catching light, shifting, alive. Where the crown once wound the movement, a faceted 2mm genuine ruby now sits — a quiet, vivid accent that ties the whole piece together in red. The watch case retains its original silver-tone finish in excellent condition, mounted on its original vintage expansion bracelet.
