heydecember Oh my gosh, I’m so sorry it’s taken me so long to get back to you. I am still out of town. I will be back on Monday and I will give you the measurements. It will definitely fit 4 to 6. I am a size 6 in these fit perfectly, and if I went down to a fourth, they would still fit!!

heydecember You probably think that I am crazy, but I pulled the pants out, laid them out to measure and cannot find my measuring tape anywhere!! I have looked everywhere. I am not trying to be a pain. I will get one tomorrow and send you the measurements. I am so sorry!!

heydecember I don’t even know if you’re still interested, but I’m going to put this on the listing anyway and I apologize but I finally found a tape measure!! so unstretched the elastic waist is 12.5” stretched out it is…16” I am between depending on pants 26 to a 28 these extra smalls fit perfectly… #133
