Hi! Would you say they run true to size? Also do they stay snug or does your foot leave the sole while walking?

I can say yes they are true to size. I wear an 8 and these are a tad big. I can’t comment on how snug or if your foot would leave the sole as I didn’t do anything more than try them on.
