Is this a shift dress? Any signs of wear? It looks almost black?

@llvmn It’s a inky navy. I’ll post more photos later today and hopefully they will. show the color. It falls straight from under the arm belling out just a bit at the bottom of the dress. I just dry cleaned it and it looks clean and in good shape. No fading or pulled threads etc
