momof4posherHi, I am not sure if it has been cleaned but it doesn’t appear reoiled. I am not original owner. I purchased a size 6 and 8 for daughters but they are a size 2 and 4 —so it was not worn by anyone in our household. I listed measurement photo as last pic :)
