Hi! Thank you for the offer. Gorgeous color! The condition is just fair because the overall structure is not very firm, and as you mentioned, the torn tab. The problem is that the tab can't simply be secured because part of the leather is missing. I sent the picture to the local cobbler I use, and he said it would be 25 to repair and match the leather and edges. If you would accept 23 in light of these flaws, I will purchase it right now. If not, I understand and will move on. Thanks!😊
