14.5" waist laying flat & 36.5" from waist to bottom of dress. I am 5'5" s/m for reference Beautiful dress! Lovely embroidery and delicate cotton. Rips and tears throughout, a missing button and ripped crochet accents. Flaws can be seen in photos. Seems to have been altered or repaired in the back seam(sewn with a serger or overlock machine). Rest of the garment looks to be hand sewn or classic machine seen. SOLD AS IS I realize I am wearing it backwards I just don't have anyone to help me put it on lol
