Very good preowned vintage condition, gorgeous, true vintage 1990s, black, rayon blend, button up romper with cold shoulder by M Collection. Features a classic button-down front, flattering tailored waist, and trendy cold-shoulder cutouts. This romper makes me think of Ace of Base. It's definitely a romper I would've love to have worn during that era (hence the necklace pairing).
