100% silk baby blue floral blouse from Bandolino with tan and teal flowers. Lace details throughout on sleeves, busy, and down the front. V neck babydoll / empire waist style with a side zip for easy fitting. GUC, but there is one panel of the bottom hem that has come undone as shown in the last photo.
