This is a white tube top style mini dress with a black elastic empire waistband in the twofer y2k dress style with a teal sheer mesh chiffon maxi skirt with a hot pink and grey chevron geometric pattern. Lined bust. Small side slit in skirt. Excellent used condition. Size medium. When laid flat bust is 14" and stretches to 16" and waist is 12.5" to 16". Length is 48.5" from top of tube top to hem. Fabric and care tag is too faded to read but I always handwashed this dress. #y2k #maxidress
