Unfortunately, there is no material tag. It’s a soft, stretchy fine-gauge knit. It has a smooth and somewhat silky feel but I don’t know the actual fibre content and would be guessing.
The waistband laid flat measures 12 inches but it is elastic with a lot of stretch.
