Is the glitter part smooth or scratchy? Does the glitter seem to fall off?

@amgifford670 Hi! It’s rough definitely not smooth, and I can glide my fingers across and nothing comes off. But I didn’t glide it rough, so maybe if you scratch it it’ll come off
