Handmade upcycled top featuring a tan jersey knit center with hand-cut fringe hem and crochet lace floral neckline appliqué with sequin accents. Contrasting dark floral print flutter sleeves and side panels with elastic smocking at the waist for a flexible fit. One-of-a-kind artisanal design.
