It is beautiful. I love it. I’m just too short for it. I’m 5”1 and I would say it is best for someone at 5”3 or taller.

allabouther2@restol Yes it does have stretched to it. It has stretch around the waist and the fabric stretches. It’s a cotton and mixed with. I’ll have to check when I get home but yes, it stays like it is or it stretches larger. I would say it runs big too for it size.
