New with tags these lovely wide leg pants. Have pockets in back. Size large thin comfortable material with tie belt. The length is about 43 inches I think fairly long. The waist is about 17 inches but does have elastic waist that stretches a bit, and I think the rise is about 12 approx on the crotch area.

I am not able to measure them right now but I will say the waist has an elastic waist so stretches and I can wear them as a solid size 14 and the pants are a long length suited for wearing heels or for a tall person. So in my opinion a true size large/ tall.
