I kept pushing off wearing this outfit for a special occasion and never did. - it’s not lined, however, not really see thru because of the material. Skin colored undergarments should do the trick - there’s a bit of stretch to the material to make it comfortable to get in and out of it - part of the skirt tag came off. I think it came like that already, but it didn’t damage the skirt at all. -tts, and I would say that if you have a smaller waste this could fit a size small depending where you place the skirt.
