Great high/low dress for attending wedding or special evening out. Soft fabric with feminine ruffles around neckline and down the front. Can be dressed up with sparkling jewelry or just as itself for a more casual affair. Fully lined down to knee length. Open back with tie at neckline with tasseled ends. It is an awesome dress.
