Yes. It is exactly as pictured. It took me a long time to come around to selling it, but after having it for several months, and never wearing it, I figured maybe someone else would enjoy it. It is such an adorable dress. I have it ready to ship, but being the 4th of July, I won’t get it out til Monday. Hope that is OK. Have a great holiday weekend.
