Marked CPC DIXIE on the bottom, probably Chester Pottery Company in Pennsylvania around the turn of the 20th century. Measurements are in the pictures. Ribbed body design and scrolled handle. No crazing. Does have a small ding under the edge of the rim and a small fleabite,crack on the rim and staining inside. Look at pictures for dings.
