Vintage Betsey Johnson dress from early 2000s. It’s 2 pieces with a pink, lace outer layer with black trim, cap sleeves, and a side zipper on the left. Solid black slip under layer. Approximately 26” waist, but can tie smaller in back. Shoulder to hem is about 38”.
