triciaann774@kristygayle55 Hi! I measured per Victoria secret at 36DDD prior to surgery, but because of back fat I always sized up to 40DDD. When I had the surgery I wore them for a limited time because they were too tight on the band, if you’re a 38/40 the large might be too tight for you. I have them selling singly as well, if you want to try one instead of the 4pack, you can send me an offer. Either way, wishing you the best of luck!
