Vintage 1963–1966 Fashion Queen Barbie Doll by Mattel. Molded brunette hair sculpted to accommodate vintage Barbie wigs, accented by her original painted bright blue headband. Comes dressed in a vintage cream/light yellow textured sleeveless button-up collared top and a tailored blue pencil skirt. A second outfit is also included, the Vintage Barbie "Silken Flame" Outfit Dress Only (#977) – 1960–1964. Doll is in Excellent vintage condition with crisp, original side-glancing blue eyes, blue eyeshadow, and classic coral/red lips. Headband paint shows minimal wear. Clothing shows some wear. Red and cream dress has some staining. Doll is Stamped "JAPAN" on the bottom of foot. The body is the correct early Midge/Barbie patented era straight-leg torso. Fingers and toes are intact.
