What’s the measurements flat, on these? ☺️ waist, rise, hips and length? Waist stretches from what to what comfortably?

@refabulousposh Measurements are: 14" W (comfortable stretch to 17" waist) x 35" L. 13" rise. I'm 5'6" (US 8) and these fall at my ankle.
