The signiture is written in the corners of green ribbons. 6 napkins are without signiture. There is no fabric content tag, but they appear to be cotton or cotton blend. Machine hemmed. Measurements are approximate 16.25" x 16.50" and sizes vary a little. Please be aware that colors on computer screens vary. Pictures are of actual item.
