Vintage almost 100 years old, belonged to my great grandmother. Hand carved shell cameo. Can be a brooch or worn as a pendant. It is marked. 1/20 12K, this is the marking for 12 karat gold filled . A gorgeous collectible cameo in very good vintage condition with normal patina that adds charm.
