I'm not sure what you mean by that? I can't see the bottom so I assume you don't mean it's a dress or something. Is it at least 24"?

okay, is there any peeling? Anything I can't see in the photos? I only ask b/c I bought a dress and a shirt recently...both had peeling but I loved both anyway and I wasn't aware of the peeling on the dress till I actually wore it so it was my fault for just trusting the description but again I still loved both. I just want to know beforehand.
