Brand new without tags - I tried them on, removed the tag, forgot I bought them, six months later remembered I bought them, tried them back on and then decided I didn’t like the color on me. No rips, stains, nada. They’re extremely soft and imo have some stretch to them (I’m normally a 4/27 and these fit well), just wasn’t vibing with the color. I’m also 5’2 and they’re the perfect length to wear with sneakers.
