thewebbline @meshellbell24 the dress is a navy slip underneath the sheer overdress. I measured the front of both. The pit to pit on the slip is about 23.5 and 24 on the dress. It doesn’t have a clearly defined waist but as close as I could get was around 24 on both. The fabric of the slip is very stretchy and silky and the dress is so flowy it doesn’t really have a waist. It wears beautifully. I can’t attach photos here but took photos of the measurements.
